摘要
主S-N曲线法是美国机械工程师协会提出的一种新的焊接结构疲劳寿命预测方法,区别于传统的名义应力法,基于断裂力学原理推导的结构应力更适用于疲劳寿命预测,文中以Tcl/tk脚本语言和APDL为开发工具,在ANSYS平台下创建汉化的主S-N曲线法疲劳计算模块,实现了该方法在ANSYS平台下应用推广,通过专业疲劳分析软件FE-Weld中T型焊接钢板的计算对比,证实了该应用具有很高的准确性和实用性。
The main S-N curve method is a new fatigue life prediction method of welded structures proposed by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.Different from the traditional nominal stress method,the structural stress derived based on the principle of fracture mechanics is more suitable for fatigue life prediction.This paper uses Tcl/tk and APDL to create the main S-N curve calculation module in ANSYS.The accuracy and practicability of the application are verified by a T-welded steel calculation compared with the calculation results of FE-Weld(a professional fatigue analysis software).
