摘要
颗粒输送机被广泛应用于石油、化工等多个行业。在粒子冲击钻井技术中,如何设计钢质颗粒输送装置,将固体粒子混杂在高压钻井液中,目前仍然存在挑战。文中优化设计了输送装置的旋叶及端部密封结构,并对关键部件进行强度校核,形成高压下钢质颗粒输送装置旋叶及端部密封结构的设计方案。该研究对于实现钢质颗粒在高压下的高效输送具有重要意义。
Particle conveyors are widely used in petroleum,chemical and other industries.In the process of particle impact drilling technology,there are still challenges in designing steel particle conveying device to mix solid particles into high-pressure drilling fluid.This paper optimizes the rotary blade and end seal structure of the conveying device,and checks the strength of key components to form the rotating and end seal structure design scheme of the steel particle conveying device under high pressure.The research is of great significance to realize the efficient transportation of steel particles under high pressure.
