永磁直线电机端部力抑制措施

摘要 针对永磁直线同步电机端部力过高的问题,提出利用优化电机初级长度和端齿结构降低端部力抑制推力波动的方法。首先通过实验平台对一台现有样机进行实验,验证了仿真计算结果的准确性。然后设计一台11极12槽永磁直线同步电机,分别从初级长度和端齿结构(包括端部倒角结构,端部磁块,以及梯形磁块结构)两方面来削弱端部力,降低推力波动。其中对于梯形磁块结构,采用Kriging代理模型与多目标遗传算法相结合对结构进行优化设计。结果表明,初级长度优化,推力波动削弱了30.8%。端齿倒角结构,端部磁块结构,梯形磁块结构,推力波动分别削弱58.5%,67.9%,70.2%。电机选择梯形磁块结构,推力波动抑制措施显著。所述降低端部力措施可对直线电机设计提供依据。 Aiming at the problem that the end force of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is too high,a method is proposed to reduce the end force and suppress the thrust fluctuation by optimizing the primary length and end tooth structure of the motor.In this paper,an existing prototype was experimented with through the experimental platform to verify the accuracy of the simulation calculation results.Then,an 11-pole 12-slot permanent magnet linear synchronous motor was designed to weaken the end force and reduce the thrust fluctuation from the primary length and end tooth structure including chamfer structure,end magnetic block,and trapezoidal magnetic block structure.Among them,for the trapezoidal magnetic block structure,the Kriging surrogate model and multi-objective genetic algorithm were used to optimize the structure.The results show that the thrust fluctuation is weakened by 30.8%for the primary length optimization.The end tooth chamfer structure,end magnetic block structure and trapezoidal magnetic block structure are weakened by 58.5%,67.9%and 70.2%,respectively.The motor chooses a trapezoidal magnetic block structure,and the thrust fluctuation suppression measures are significant.The measures to reduce the end forces can provide a basis for the design of linear motors.
