湖南省地方猪与外三元猪养殖收益成本的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of the Profit and Cost of Local Pig and DLY Pig Breeding in Hunan Province

我国是世界上最大的生猪生产国和猪肉消费国。然而,目前我国市场上90%的猪种都是从国外引入的品种。生猪养殖业依赖于国外引种一定程度上威胁了我国畜禽种质资源安全。发展地方特色生猪养殖,对促进和培育我国特色种猪种质资源,摆脱长期依靠国外引种的局面具有重要意义。湖南省作为传统的生猪养殖大省,在地方猪的品牌建设方面有一定基础。因此,本文以湖南省湘潭市、娄底市、怀化市和长沙市等地的特色生猪养殖数据为基础,结合湖南省普通生猪的统计数据,采用抽样调查、比较分析等方法,对比湖南特色生猪与杜长大外三元生猪的成本、收益和利润。从经济学角度出发,以确定地方猪养殖在经济上是否更具有投资价值。结果表明,在同等规模下,湖南省特色生猪养殖收入、养殖利润均高于普通生猪;在不同品种地方猪养殖中,沙子岭猪的收入和利润均最高。从经济学角度看,地方猪养殖比外三元猪养殖更具投资价值。

China is the largest pig producer and pork consumer country in the world.However,at present,90%of the pig breeds in Chi-nese market were imported from abroad.The pig breeding industry depended on the introduction of foreign pig breeds,which threat-ened the safety of livestock and poultry germplasm resources in China to some extent.The development of local characteristic pig farm-ing was of great significance to promote and cultivate the germplasm resources of Chinese specialty breeding pigs and get rid of the situation of relying on foreign introduction for a long time.As a traditional pig breeding province,Hunan Province had a certain founda-tion for brand building of local pigs.Therefore,based on the characteristic pig breeding data of Xiangtan City,Loudi City,Huaihua City and Changsha City in Hunan Province,combined with the statistical data of ordinary pigs in Hunan province,this paper adopted sam-pling investigation and comparative analysis methods to compare the cost,income and profit of Hunan characteristic pigs and DLYternary pigs.From the economic point of view,to determine whether the local pig breeding had more investment value in economy.Theresults showed that at the same scale,the income and profit of Hunan local residents were higher than that of ordinary pigs.Among dif-ferent breeds of local pig breeding,the income and profit of Shaziling pigs were the highest.From the economic point of view,local pigbreeding had more investment value than DLY pigs.
