GIS断路器合闸电阻螺栓断裂分析

摘要 断路器配置合闸电阻是抑制线路合闸涌流和操作过电压的主要措施,合闸电阻一旦发生异常,会影响到断路器开关的性能,甚至会引起GIS的绝缘故障。对一起断路器合闸电阻进行故障分析,通过对断裂螺栓进行材质检测、有限元仿真分析和真型样机试验等方法对断路器运行异常工况进行分析,得出故障原因,为断路器合闸电阻的结构设计及工作可靠性提供参考。 Adding a closing resistor to the circuit breaker is the main measure to suppress the line of the closing inrush current and the operating overvoltage.Once the closing resistor is abnormal,it will affect the performance of circuit breaker and even cause the insulation failure of GIS(gas insulated switchgear).It analyses the fault of a circuit breaker closing resistor.Through the material detection of fracture bolt,finite element simulation and analysis and true prototype test and other methods analyse the circuit breaker operation unusual service condition.It finds out the cause of failure,which provides reference for the structure design and working reliability of circuit breaker closing resistor.
