摘要
为了比较无量山乌骨鸡公鸡和腾冲雪鸡公鸡分别与狄高D系肉鸡母鸡杂交获得的杂交后代K系鸡与Z系鸡的生长性能差异,探寻优势杂交组合,并确定优势组合的最佳生长曲线模型,试验将K系鸡与Z系鸡同批次孵化,在相同环境下饲养至29周龄,记录每周体重并在60、90、120日龄测定体尺,同时分析体重与体尺的相关性;比较两个杂交组合的生长性能找出优势杂交后代,利用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy 3种非线性生长曲线模型进行拟合,确定其最佳生长曲线模型。结果显示:K系鸡与Z系鸡的周生长曲线基本趋于一致,K系鸡的体重与体尺指标优于Z系鸡,且二者的体重与体尺之间除体重与盆骨宽、龙骨长与盆骨宽,其他指标均存在显著正相关(P<0.05)。对K系鸡生长曲线拟合分析后发现,Von Bertalanffy模型为最佳生长曲线模型。结果表明,无量山乌骨鸡与狄高D系肉鸡组合的杂交后代具有更优秀的生长性能,且Von Bertalanffy模型更能准确地描述其生长发育变化规律。
In order to compare the growth performance differences between K-series chickens and Z-series chickens by crossing Wuliangshan black bone cock and Tengchong snow cock with Deco D hen,respectively,the dominant hybrid combination was explored,and the optimal growth curve model of the dominant combination was determined.In this study,K and Z chickens were incubated in the same batch,raised in the same environment until 29 weeks,weekly body weight was recorded,and body size was measured on days 60,90 and 120,and the correlation between body weight and body size was analyzed.The results showed that the weekly growth curves of K chickens and Z chickens basically tended to be consistent,and the indexes of body weight and body size of K chickens were better than those of Z chickens,and there was a significant positive correlation between body weight and body size of both chickens except body weight and pelvic width,the lenght of the ked and pelvic width(P<0.05).After fitting the growth curve of K-series chickens,it was found that Von Bertalanffy model was the best growth curve mode.The results showed that the hybrid offspring of Wuliangshan black bone chicken and Digao D broiler had better growth performance,and the Von Bertalanffy model could accurately describe the growth and development of Wuliangshan black bone chicken.
