摘要
以微处理器STM32F407为主控芯片,分析了直流充电桩控制系统的各个模块功能,完成了电源电路,电能计量电路,继电器控制电路的设计;在硬件电路的基础上,按照控制要求进行软件的设计,控制信息经5G通信网络进行传递。经过对系统硬件、软件的运行测试及优化,整个控制系统响应快,运行安全稳定,输出电压精度高,操作方便。
In this paper,the microprocessor STM32F407 as the main control chip,analyzed the DC charging pile control system of each module function,completed the design of power supply circuit,electric energy metering circuit,relay control circuit.Based on the hardware circuit,the software is designed according to the control requirements,and the control information is transmitted through the 5G communication network.After the operation test and optimization of the system hardware and software,the whole control system has the advantages of fast response,safe and stable operation,high output voltage accuracy and convenient operation.
