Problems and Countermeasures of Alumni Resource Development from the Perspective of the Integration of Industry and Education in Modern Vocational Education:Taking Gansu Vocational and Technical College of Communications as an Example

校友资源是职业院校可利用的重要资源,如何结合产教融合对校友资源开发和管理,是职业院校面临的新难题。校友工作管理平台建构和校友特色文化建设都是影响职业院校校友资源开发的重要因素。以新时代职业教育产教融合为视角,分析目前职业院校在校友资源开发和管理方面存在的问题,并提出针对性的对策建议。

Alumni resources are important resources available to vocational colleges.How to integrate industry and education to develop and manage alumni resources is a new challenge faced by vocational colleges.The construction of alumni work management platform and the construction of alumni characteristic culture are important factors that affect the development of alumni resources in vocational colleges.From the perspective of the integration of industry and education in vocational education in the new era,this paper analyzes the current problems in the development and management of alumni resources in vocational colleges,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
