摘要
利用分光光度法测定饮用水中的COD,通过控制变量法分别考察了酸度、消解时间、消解温度对COD值的影响,在较优条件下设计正交实验,找出最优条件。结果显示,当消解温度为165℃,硫酸用量为4mL,消解时间为10min时水样的高锰酸钾指数与国标法测定结果相近。分光光度法具有测定速度快、准确度较高的优点。
In this paper,the COD of drinking water was determined by spectrophotometry.The effects of acidity,digestion time and digestion temperature on COD were investigated by control variable method.Under the optimal conditions,orthogonal experiments were carried out to find out the optimal conditions.The results showed that when the amount of sulfuric acid is 4 mL,the digestion temperature is 165℃,and the digestion time is 10 min,the potassium permanganate index is close to the results determined by the national standard method.Spectrophotometry has the advantages of fast determination speed and high accuracy.
