陇东地区压裂返排液无害化处理技术研究

摘要 随着陇东地区油气田的进一步开发,油井每年产生的压裂返排液总量大量增加,这对生态环境脆弱、水资源缺乏的陇东地区造成严重环境问题,因此对压裂返排液的达标处理十分重要。通过对破胶剂、絮凝剂和脱色剂等化学处理剂的筛选和工艺优化研究,最终形成一种高效、经济和适用性强的压裂返排液无害化处理技术和工艺,为陇东地区压裂返排液油区污染治理提供有效途径。 Through the analysis of the annual fracturing fluid output of horizontal wells in oil and gas fields in Longdong area,it can be seen that with the further development of oil fields,the total amount of fracturing back-discharge liquid produced by oil wells in Longdong region is huge every year.On the other hand,the ecological environment in Longdong is fragile and the water resources are scarce,so it is very critical to meet the standards of the fracturing and return liquid.Through the screening and treatment process optimization of chemical treatment agents such as glue crackers,flocculants and decolorizers,this study finally formed an efficient,economical and highly applicable fracturing back discharge liquid harmless treatment technology and process,which provided an effective way for pollution control in Longdong oil area.
