不同矮化中间砧对‘长富2号’果实品质和矿质元素的影响

摘要 以甘肃陇东地区不同矮化中间砧的‘长富2号’为试材,统计不同矮化中间砧‘长富2号’的果实产量、商品率、品质和矿质元素含量。对这些指标进行综合分析,为该地区矮化中间砧‘长富2号’的生产提供部分理论依据。结果表明,不同矮化中间砧‘长富2号’的果实产量、商品率和N含量均以M26最高,分别为46.65kg/株、94.14%和3.14mg/g。与M26相比,T337的K含量增加了36.69%;SC1的果实亮度、P含量和黄蓝色度分别增加了32.62%、24.75%和31.71%;M9的红绿色度增加了46.88%;SH6的果实硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和Ca含量分别增加了19.86%、27.4%、45.52%和110.7%;M7的Mg含量增加了35.90%。综合分析表明在甘肃陇东地区,当基砧为新疆野苹果时,以M7和T337为矮化中间砧的‘长富2号’苹果表现最好。 The fruit yield,commercial rate,fruit quality and mineral element content of Changfu 2 with different dwarf intermediate rootstocks in Longdong,Gansu Province were taken as test materials.A comprehensive analysis of these indicators provides a partial theoretical basis for the production of dwarf intermediate rootstock Changfu 2 in the region.The results showed that M26 had the highest fruit yield,commodity rate and N content,which were 46.65kg per plant,94.14%and 3.14mg/g respectively.Compared with the control M26,the K content of T337 increased by 36.69%;the fruit brightness,P content and peel yellow-blue color of SC1 increased by 32.62%,24.75%and 31.71%respectively;the peel red-green color of M9 increased by 46.88%;the fruit hardness,soluble solids,titratable acid and Ca content of SH6 increased by 19.86%,27.4%,45.52%and 110.7%respectively;the Mg content of M7 increased by 35.90%.The combined analysis shows that in Longdong,when the base stock is Xinjiang wild apple,Changfu 2 apple with M7 and T337 as dwarfing interstocks has the best comprehensive performance.
