CCP与ICP对院外心搏骤停患者生存预后影响的Meta分析

Effect of CCP and ICP on the Survival and Prognosis of Patients out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest:A Meta–analysis

检索Cochrane数据库、PubMed数据库、Embase数据库、Web of science数据库、CBM数据库、中国知网、维普、万方数据库自建库至2021年6月12日公开发表的对比CCP与ICP对OHCA患者生存预后的观察性研究,以出院30天生存率为主要结局指标,自主循环恢复(ROSC)率、ROSC平均时间、神经系统良好率为次要结局指标。采用RevMan5.3软件对符合纳入标准的9项队列研究进行Meta分析,其中CCP组105248例,ICP组79185例,纳入文献的NOS评分6~8分。结果显示,CCP对于OHCA患者的生存预后并不优于ICP,OHCA患者结局改善更应得益于急救体系的完善、胸外按压细节上的数据记载及临床医师对影响患者生存预后相关因素的重视和干预。

Databases such as Cochrane,PubMed,Embase,Web of science,CBM,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang were searched from the date of their foundation to June 12,2021,and the studies on the difference of effects between CCP and ICP for patients with OHCA were retrieved.The main outcomes is the 30-day survival rate to hospital discharge,secondary outcomes included the return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC)rate,average time of ROSC,neurological function completion rate.Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3.A total of 9 cohort studies were included,of which 105248 undergone CCP and 79285 undergone ICP.The scores of the Newcastle-Ottawa scale(NOS)were 6-8.Meta-analysis showed that CCP maybe not better than ICP for the survival prognosis of OHCA patients.The improvement of the outcome on OHCA patients should benefit from the improvement of the emergency system,the data record on the details of chest compressions and the attention and intervention of clinicians on the factors affecting the survival and prognosis of patients.
