摘要
针对电子制造业中的多价值链协同场景,给出了常见的原始设备制造商(Original Equipment Manufacturer,OEM)、联合设计制造商(Joint Design Manufacturer,JDM)、原始设计制造商(Original Design Manufacturer,ODM)3种多价值链协同模式的定义和特征,研究了多价值链协同的需求,提出了这3种多价值链协同模式的解决方案和评价指标,以期为品牌商选择最合适的多价值链协同模式提供参考。
In response to the multi value chain collaboration scenario in electronic manufacturing industry,the definitions and characteristics of three common multi value chain collaboration modes were provided,namely original equipment manufacturer(OEM),joint design manufacturer(JDM),original design manufacturer(ODM).The selection requirements for multi value chain collaboration modes were studied,and the selection schemes and evaluation indicators for these three multi value chain collaborations were proposed,so as to provide reference for brand merchants to choose the most suitable value chain collaboration mode.
