Construction and Application of Industrial Internet Platform for Boiler Industry

在调研国内外工业互联网平台发展现状的基础上,结合锅炉行业实际需求,基于标识解析二级节点,构建以标识解析、远程运维、行业监测为核心的锅炉行业工业互联网平台,打造供应链协同、质量追溯、流向管理、运维服务等能力并实现了应用。结果表明:所构建锅炉行业工业互联网平台与通用设备行业的标识解析二级节点对接顺利,各项应用达到了预期目标;平台的应用在汇聚资源、赋能企业、提升区域竞争力方面取得了成效。

The development of industrial internet platform at home and abroad was studied.In view of the actual needs of the boiler industry,the industrial internet platform for boiler industry was constructed based on secondary node of identifier resolution.Identifier resolution,remote operation and maintenance,industry development monitoring and other function modules were provided,which could help enterprises to build supply chain collaboration,quality traceability,flow management,operation and maintenance service and other capacities.The results showed that the combination between the industrial internet platform for boiler industry and general equipment industry secondary node of identifier resolution was successful and all kinds of application achieved expected goals.Through the application of industrial internet platform for boiler industry,the results of gathering resources,empowering enterprises and improving regional competitiveness were achieved.
