摘要
结合工程实例,对高层建筑结构中托柱转换层进行了整体分析。按照《组合结构设计规范》(JGJ 138-2016),对型钢混凝土转换梁截面、裂缝及挠度、节点等的设计问题进行计算分析,并提出了设计建议。认为:提高托柱转换梁上部两层框架梁的刚度,可增加结构空间,有效改善转换梁的受力特性;转换梁裂缝计算时应考虑拉应力对构件计算的影响,可采用公式进行复核验算。因为型钢混凝土梁柱连接的节点采用悬臂段连接方式时,抗震性能及施工便捷性均较好,所以推荐采用此种连接形式。
Combined with an engineering example,an overall analysis is made for the transfer of supporting columns in the transfer floor structure of high-rise buildings.The section design,crack and deflection control,joint connection and other problems of steel-reinforced concrete transfer beam are analyzed and the design suggestions are put forward according to“Code for design of composite structures”JGJ 138-2016.The transfer beam with support column can improve the stiffness of the upper two layers frame beam properly,increase the function of structure space,and effectively improve the mechanical characteristics of the transfer beam.The influence of tensile stress on the component calculation should be considered in the calculation of the crack of the transfer beam.The cantilever connection method is recommended for the seismic performance and construction convenience of steel reinforced concrete beam-column joints.
