人性化——新时代中小学教育管理的应然向度

摘要 中小学教育管理固然要对师生加以约束,使教学能有效进行,但这一管理举措不能违背教育关照人性、促人向善和推动人自由全面发展的根本目的。近年来,我国中小学教育管理总体有了不小进步,但由于长期受功利主义及管理体制等因素影响,还存在功利导向下忽视人的自由、“义务论”取向下漠视教师权利、过于依赖“科层化”等行政体系而忽视人文关怀等情况。在中小学管理过程中,融入人性关怀的元素,树立服务于人、关照人与发展人的理念,对于消减功利主义炽张及形式主义泛滥给中小学管理带来的负面效应有积极意义。 The education management of primary and secondary schools must restrict teachers and students so that school teaching can be carried out effectively,but education management must obey the fundamental purpose of education to care for human nature,promote people to be good,and promote the free and comprehensive development of people.In the real education situation,utilitarian goals such as exam-oriented education and the supremacy of scores have become the main theme of primary and secondary education.This has led to the obscuration of the human dimensions of education management,such as caring for human nature,guarding people s freedom,and respecting people s basic rights.In the process of the education management of primary and secondary schools that is people-oriented and promotes people to be good,deep humanistic care should be integrated into education management activities,and the current compulsory management mode should be corrected that some schools are increasingly ignoring the basic rights and minimum freedom of teachers and students for utilitarian purposes and implementing strict monitoring of teachers and students.
