近年来,随着数字孪生技术的快速发展,越来越多的领域开始使用数字孪生技术来辅助决策和提高效率。在长输油气管道无损检测中,数字孪生技术应用得到了广泛关注。本文介绍了数字孪生技术的基本概念和研究进展;分析了数字孪生在长输油气管道无损检测中应用的关键技术;结合实际应用案例,探讨了数字孪生在管道检测、管道损伤评估中的应用、管道健康监测中的作用;对数字孪生在长输油气管道无损检测应用的发展趋势和前景进行了展望。
In recent years,with the rapid development of digital twin technology,more and more fields have begun to use digital twin technology to assist decision-making and improve efficiency.The application of digital twin technology in non-destructive testing of long oil and gas pipelines has received widespread attention.This article introduces the basic concept and research progress of digital twin technology,and analyzes the key technologies applied in non-destructive testing of long oil and gas pipelines.Based on practical application cases,the application of digital twin technology in pipeline detection,pipeline damage assessment,and the role of pipeline health monitoring were explored.Analyzed the development trend of digital twin technology in non-destructive testing of long oil and gas pipelines,and looked forward to its application prospects.
