百万扩招背景下“社招生”人才培养模式改革阻扰及其破解——以常州高职教育园区5所高职院校为例

Obstacles and Solutions to the Reform of the"Social Enrollment"Talent Training Model under the Background of Millions Enrollment Expansion-Taking 5 Vocational Colleges in Changzhou Vocational Education Park as an Example

2019年以来,高职“百万扩招”计划的实施在稳定和扩大就业方面起到了积极作用,为促进经济社会发展提供了优质人力资源支撑;同时,多元化的生源也给高职院校人才培养带来了挑战。通过对江苏“职教高地”常州高职教育园区5所高职院校开展调查发现,面对结构复杂多样的扩招生源,高职院校普遍存在教育资源短缺、培养方式单一和培养能力不足等现实问题。解决这些问题需要高职院校主动顺应新时代职业教育发展趋势,不断拓展高职教育职能,建立适应扩招生源群体需要的新型人才培养方案,增强办学适应性,并以此为契机完善现代职业教育体系。

Since 2019,the implementation of the"Million Enrollment Expansion"plan in vocational colleges has played a positive role in stabilizing and expanding employment,providing high-quality human resource support for promoting economic and social development;At the same time,the diverse source of students has also brought challenges to talent cultivation in vocational colleges.Through a survey of 5 vocational colleges in Changzhou vocational education park,a"vocational education highland"in Jiangsu,it was found that facing the complex and diverse structure of expanding enrollment,vocational colleges generally face practical problems such as shortage of educational resources,single training methods,and insufficient training abilities.To solve these problems,vocational colleges need to actively adapt to the development trend of vocational education in the new era,continuously expand the functions of vocational education,establish new talent training plans that meet the needs of the expanding student population,enhance the adaptability of education,and take this as an opportunity to improve the modern vocational education system.
