基于定量指标的医疗质量评价体系对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Medical Quality Based on Quantitative Indicators

通过文献检索、政策查询等方法收集我国目前用于医疗质量评价的指标体系,并对比分析公立医院绩效考核、公立医院高质量发展、等级医院评审和DRG等涵盖的医疗质量评价指标。不同评价指标体系依其评价作用与意义在指标选取、权重、评价方法等均存在差异,提出加强信息支撑、做好数据质量控制、合理设置指标权重和评价方式、完善医疗质量管理与控制体系、加强各级质控中心建设与管理等对策,为将来定量质量指标评价工作的有效推进提供参考。

The current indicators and systems for medical quality evaluation in China were collected through litera-ture search and policy inquiry,and the medical quality evaluation indicators covered by public hospital perfomance appraisal,high-quality development of public hospitals,grade hospital evaluation and DRG were compared and ana-lyzed.Different evaluation index systems have differences in index selection,weight and evaluation methods ac-cording to their evaluation functions and significance.It is proposed to strengthen information support,do a good job in data quality control,reasonably set index weight and evaluation methods,improve medical quality management and control system,and strengthen the construction and management of quality control centers at all levels,so as to provide re ference for the effective promotion of quantative quality index evaluation in the future.
