摘要
病原性细菌和真菌给动植物健康和食品安全带来严重危害,在“限抗”背景下寻求有效的、环境友好的防治措施迫在眉睫。解淀粉芽胞杆菌作为一种益生菌已广泛应用于生物防治领域,其代谢产物可作用于细菌的细胞壁、细胞膜、核酸等结构,抑制真菌生长和孢子萌发,增强宿主的抗感染能力等,在植物、畜禽疾病的防治和食品保鲜中发挥着重要作用。本文综述了解淀粉芽胞杆菌的抗菌机制,以期为采用解淀粉芽胞杆菌作为生物防治剂提供科学参考。
Pathogenic bacteria and fungi pose serious threats to the health of animals,plants,and food safety.Under the context of antibiotic restrictions,there is an urgent need for effective and environmentally friendly control measures.As a probiotic,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens has been widely applied in the field of biological control.Its metabolites act on the cell wall,cell membrane,nucleic acids,and other structures of pathogenic bacteria,inhibiting fungal growth and spore germination,and enhancing the host's ability to resist infections.Bacillus amyloliquefaciens plays an important role in the prevention and control of plant and livestock diseases,as well as food preservation.This article reviews the antibacterial mechanism of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,aiming to provide scientific references for its utilization as a biological control agent.
