摘要
目的了解护理硕士研究生学习获得感的现状,探究导师指导风格对护理硕士研究生学习获得感的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取贵州省、广东省7所高校的241名护理硕士研究生作为研究对象进行调查,采用一般资料调查表、研究生学习获得感问卷、导师指导风格问卷进行资料收集。结果护理硕士研究生学习获得感总得分为(110.20±14.23)分。分层回归分析结果显示,导师支持型指导风格可解释研究生学习获得感总变异的38.7%。结论导师支持型指导风格是护理硕士研究生学习获得感的影响因素,提示应重视研究生与导师指导风格的匹配程度。
Objective To understand the current situation of learning acquisition sense of graduate nursing students and to investigate the influence of mentoring style on learning acquisition sense of graduate nursing students.Methods Convenience sampling method was employed and 241 nursing master’s students from seven universities in Guizhou Province and Guangdong Province were selected as the participants for investigation.General information questionnaire,the Learning Acquisition for Postgraduate Students,and the Mentoring Style Questionnaire were used for data collection.Results The total score of learning acquisition sense of graduate nursing students was(110.20±14.23).The results of stratified regression analysis showed that mentor-supportive mentoring style explained 38.7%of the total variance in graduate students’learning acquisition perception.Conclusion Mentor supportive mentoring style is an influential factor in the learning acquisition perception of graduate nursing students,suggesting that the degree of matching between graduate students and mentor mentoring style should be emphasized.
