地铁备件物资供应链碳足迹测度方法与管理系统设计研究

摘要 随着我国“双碳”政策的持续推进,碳足迹测算已经成了学术界关注的研究热点。地铁作为公共交通的重要组成部分,是研究城市交通碳排放的关键。地铁除了日常运营的碳排放外,地铁备件的碳排放也占据了很大一部分,然而目前学术界有关地铁备件供应链碳足迹研究较少,大部分的研究都集中在具体环节上,缺乏供应链全链条的相关研究。地铁车轮具有碳排放量易测算、更换较频繁等特点,是地铁备件管理中重要的一环,因此,本文选取地铁车轮作为地铁备件供应链的典型备件,采用生命周期评价法,结合调研探究地铁车轮在供应链上的各个环节的碳排放详情,进而提出地铁备件物资供应链碳足迹测度方法,并给出碳足迹管理系统设计方法。通过本文的研究,可以填补目前关于备件供应链碳足迹测算的研究空白,并且有助于地铁物资企业更好地测算自身的碳排放。 With the continuous advancement of China's“double carbon”policy,carbon footprint measurement has become a research hotspot in the academic community.As an important part of public transportation,subway is the key to study the carbon emission of urban transportation.In addition to the carbon emissions of the daily operation of the subway,the carbon emissions of subway spare parts also account for a large part,However,there are few studies on carbon footprint of subway spare parts supply chain,most of the research focuses on the specific links,and there is a lack of relevant research on the whole chain of the supply chain.Subway wheels are an important part of subway spare parts management because of it is easy to measure carbon emission and replacement frequently,therefore,this paper chooses the subway wheel as the typical spare part of the subway spare parts supply chain,uses the life cycle method to investigate the details of carbon emissions of subway wheels in each link of the supply chain,then proposes the carbon footprint measurement method of subway spare parts supply chain,and gives the design method of carbon footprint management system.Through this study,we can fill the current research gap on carbon footprint measurement of spare parts supply chain,and help subway material enterprises to better measure their own carbon emissions.
