战略石油储备布局优化模型求解与应用——基于石油供应链网络的可靠度

A Solution to Strategic Petroleum Reserve Distribution Model and its Application:Based on Oil Supply Chain Network Reliability

首先证明以可靠度为决策目标的战略石油储备布局优化模型存在最优解,并推导出相应的启发式算法。然后,对一个拥有11个地级市的省份给出初值,求出战略石油储备规模限制下和石油供应中断两种场景下的战略石油储备布局的具体数据。结果表明,使用战略石油储备布局优化模型可提高该省份的石油供应链网络的可靠度水平,可供决策者在确定战略石油储备布局时参考。

This paper proves that there exists optimal solution to strategic petroleum reserve distribution model based on contingency logistical theory.Then,develops the genetic algorithm.For a province owning 11 cities,provides the initial value,gives series of strategic petroleum reserve model under different scenarios,which improve the reliability of the petroleum supply chain and help policy makers to plan the distribution of the strategic petroleum reserve.
