摘要
天钢采用铁水预处理→120 t顶底复吹转炉→LF炉→VD炉→150 mm×150 mm小方坯连铸的轴承钢生产工艺生产轴承钢GCr15。转炉过程采用双渣法和高拉碳出钢模式,实现[P]≤0.008%的低磷控制;精炼过程造出高碱度精炼渣,VD过程采用高真空度处理,并保持软吹效果,实现了深脱硫,保证成品[S]≤0.005%;炼钢过程中全程控铝,实现钢中[O]≤10 ppm,铸坯质量良好,中心偏析0.5级,满足了标准要求,实现了轴承钢GCr15稳定生产。
The GCrl5 bearing steel is produced by 120 t BOF→LF→VD→150 mm×150 mm CC billet in Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.The converter process adopts dual slag method and high carbon tapping mode to achieve[P]≤0.008%low phosphorus control.The refining process produces high alkalinity refining slag,and the VD process uses high vacuum treatment to maintain soft blowing effect,achieving deep desulfurization and ensuring that the[S]of finished product is≤0.005%.During the steelmaking process,aluminum is controlled throughout the entire process,achieving[O]≤10ppm in the steel,good casting quality,and a center segregation of 0.5 levels,meeting the standard requirements and achieving stable production of bearing steel GCr15.
