摘要
教育和产业迭相为用、互为体翼,是社会结构中较为稳固的“共同体”之一。近年来随着“产业链长制”的广泛实施,教育也必须做出相应的改革,以实现产教在供需链维度和价值链维度上的紧密对接。高职教育作为区域技术技能人才的主要供给侧,应根据职业教育适应性理念和结构性同构理论,借鉴“产业链长制”的发展图式与模型,建立区域高职教育“专业群长制”,形成“群长+群主”的联动管理责任体系,通过稳群、补群、强群和延群等措施,诊断与弥合区域内技术技能人才培养的“漏点”“堵点”和“断点”,为我国经济双循环发展格局和高质量教育体系构建提供人力保障。
Industry and education are a solid community in the social structure.In recent years,with the wide implementation of the Industry Chain Leader System,it is urgent for regional education to make corresponding reforms to realize the close connection of industry and education in the supply chain dimension and value chain dimension.As the supply side of regional skilled and technical talents,higher vocational education should base on the concept of adaptability and the theory of structural isomorphism.It needs to draw lessons from the development pattern and basic model of the Industry Chain Leader System,establishing the Speciality Group Leader System,and forming the linkage management responsibility system of Group Leader and Group Master.By stabilizing,supplementing,strengthening,and extending speciality groups,it will diagnose and make up the missing,blocking,and breaking points in the training of skilled and technical talents.All of them are to provide manpower guarantee for our country's economic double cycle pattern and the high-quality education system construction.
