我国职业教育数字技能发展策略研究

发展数字技能,培养数字技能人才已经成为我国建设网络强国、数字中国的重要战略部署,职业教育数字技能发展对于推动技术技能人才的数字化转型,推进职业教育人才培养模式改革,助力全民数字技能提升具有重要意义。我国职业教育数字技能发展得益于我国持续推出的数字技能发展政策以及地方特色的数字技能发展创新。我国日益完善的数字化基础设施、多样化的数字技能学习平台,丰富的数字技能学习资源为数字技能发展奠定了良好的基础。我国职业教育数字技能人才培养实践所取得的成绩体现在数字职业的标识、数字技能专业建设,教师数字技能提升,以及面向社会、面向农民、面向残障人士的数字技能培训成果上。为推动我国职业教育数字技能的持续发展,需要政府部门进一步优化数字技能发展环境,健全数字技能政策体系,建立数字技能人才资历标准。职业院校需要建立健全数字技能人才培养体系,加大数字技能人才培养力度,并与行业企业深度合作,探索彰显数字技能人才培养特色的校企合作模式。
