摘要
传统冲压的拉伸件质量提升方案中,大多以对拉伸模的整改为手段,通过钳工反复钳修及研和,对模具型面进行调整,从而解决此类问题,但这种方案不仅费时费力,而且整改过程中伴随着大量的验证报废,时间成本与经济成本都比较高。随着计算机科学的进步,CAE分析逐渐开始应用在生产过程中,在本次某车型的侧围外板拉伸质量问题的优化上,借助Autofrom软件对产品成形性进行分析,完成了冲压件拉伸工序的质量提升工作。
In traditional stamping drawing parts quality improvement schemes,most of them take the rectification of drawing die as a means,through repeated clamping and grinding by fitters,to adjust the die surface to solve such problems.However,this scheme is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also accompanied by a large number of verification and scrapping during the rectification process,resulting in high time and economic costs.With the progress of computer science,CAE analysis has gradually begun to be applied in the production process.In this optimization of the drawing quality of the side wall outer panel of a certain vehicle model,we will use Autofrom software to analyze the product formability and complete the quality improvement work of the stamping drawing process.
