弹顶式内型芯防偏斜注射模设计

摘要 针对塑料材质的薄壁形套管注射成型工艺容易发生的典型缺陷问题进行了分析,提出了有别于常规的注射模设计解决这类问题的新方法。介绍了弹顶(弹簧弹力顶杆)机构的工作原理,有效地避免了注射成型时导致的细长型芯偏斜的问题,同时也提出了解决薄壁塑件脱模损伤的方案。 This paper analyzes the typical defects which are easy to occur in the injection molding process of thin-walled casing made of plastic materials and puts forward a new method which is different from the conventional injection mold design to solve these problems.The working principle of spring elastic thimble mechanism is introduced in detail,which effectively avoids the problem of deflection of thin core caused by injection molding,and also puts forward the scheme to solve the demulding damage of thin-walled plastic parts.
