摘要
为了解决压铸模设计过程中滑块系统设计过程复杂的问题,提出了基于慧正平台的压铸模滑块系统自动化设计方法,该方法结合NX自身建模规则和慧正系统重用驱动,设计了层次化关联模型,并研究了关联模型的数据继承机制与数据更新机制,实现了滑块系统在设计过程中的重用和有序更新。结合NX平台上的慧正模具辅助设计系统,应用自定义部件模型及参数,提升了滑块系统设计效率,缩短了模具开发周期。
In order to solve the complex design process of slider system in processing of die-casting die design,this paper proposed an automated design method for slider system of die-casting die based on Huizheng platform.The method combined NX modeling rules and Huizheng system reuse drive,designed a hierarchical association model,studied data inheritance and update mechanisms of the association model,achieved the reuse and orderly update of slider system in design process.By combining Huizheng die aided design system on NX platform and applying custom component models and parameters,the design efficiency of slider system has been improved,and the die development cycle has been shortened.
