产教融合体背景下制造业职业本科教育发展举措探索与路径思考

Exploration on the Development Strategy and Paths of Vocational Undergraduate Education in Manufacturing under the Background of Integration of Production and Education

制造业转型升级离不开职业教育,职业本科教育作为职业教育改革的重要制度设计,将有助于解决制造业所面临的结构性就业矛盾。通过对国内外职业本科教育现状的调研与分析,对职业本科教育的属性、定位和职业本科教育高质量发展遇到的挑战进行了研究,同时从建设开放型区域产教融合体、打造具有产业特色职业教育本科层次专业建设、政校行企多样化主体下的匠师齐育等三方面对制造业职业本科教育发展的路径进行了思考和论述。

The transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry is inseparable from vocational education.As an important system design of vocational education reform,vocational undergraduate education will help solve the structural employment contradiction faced by the manufacturing industry.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the undergraduate vocational education at home and abroad,this paper studies the attributes and positioning of the undergraduate vocational education and the challenges encountered in the high-quality development of the undergraduate vocational education.At the same time,from the construction of an open regional integration of production and education,the construction of undergraduate professional construction of vocational education with industrial characteristics,and the diversification of government,school,bank and enterprise,the path of the development of manufacturing vocational undergraduate education is considered and discussed.
