硅铁破碎工艺涉爆粉尘合规性评估和设计研究

摘要 介绍硅铁破碎工艺及其配套的除尘系统,通过对照涉爆粉尘领域的部门规章、国家标准、行业标准进行合规性评估。以相关实验数据和合规性评估结论为基础开展整改设计研究,形成硅铁破碎工艺涉爆粉尘合规性评估和整改设计标准化程序,为硅铁破碎工艺涉爆粉尘管理提供参考。 The crushing process of ferrosilicon and its supporting dust removal system are introduced.The compliance evaluation is carried out by comparing with the departmental regulations,national standards and industrial standards in the field of explosion-related dust.Based on the relevant experimental data and the conclusion of compliance evaluation,the rectification design study was carried out to provide reference for the management of explosion-related dust in ferrosilicon crushing process.
