单片机PLC控制系统抗干扰能力途径研究

摘要 PLC控制具备稳定性、技术性、控制性强等优势,使其被广泛应用于各个领域。此系统已成为单片机主要构成部分之一,单片机运行期间,需要通过PLC控制系统的编程接口完成通信,用户界面能实时显示PLC控制系统的工艺参数和运行状态。但在实际运用阶段存在干扰因素,应根据干扰因素形成原因,采取有效的抗干扰策略,提升PLC控制系统的抗干扰效果,确保其稳定运行。 PLC control has the advantages of stability,technology and strong control,so that it is widely used in various fields.This system has become one of the main components of the single chip microcomputer.During the operation of the single chip microcomputer,it is necessary to complete the communication through the programming interface of the PLC control system.The user interface can display the process parameters and running state of the PLC control system in real time.However,there are interference factors in the actual application stage,we should take effective anti-interference strategies according to the formation of interference factors,enhance the anti-interference effect of PLC control system,to ensure its stable operation.
