摘要 风电场建设水平不断提高,风电机组大型化趋势变得更加明显,单机容量不断增长,轮毂中心高度也在增加,机舱重量不断升高,风机机组吊装的难度和安全风险日益升高。本文以实际案例展开分析,对风电工程吊装技术要点进行分析,探讨新型的吊装技术,促进风电工程安装水平全面提升。 With the continuous improvement of the construction level of wind farms,the trend of large-scale wind turbines has become more obvious.The single unit capacity is constantly increasing,the height of the hub center is also increasing,and the weight of the engine room is constantly increasing.The difficulty and safety risks of lifting wind turbines are increasing.This article analyzes the key points of wind power engineering hoisting technology through practical cases,explores new hoisting technologies,and promotes the comprehensive improvement of wind power engineering installation level.
