摘要
焦炭作为高炉炼铁反应中的热源和碳源,其各项性能指标都与高炉冶炼状态密切相关。因此,钢铁冶金企业对于焦炭热强度等质量指标的检验与把关,也是实现高炉高效生产的前提。本文对焦炭热强度指标检验及检验中影响其准确性的相关因素进行了分析。
As a heat source and carbon source in blast furnace iron-making reaction,coke's performance indexes are closely related to the smelting state of blast furnace.Therefore,the inspection and control of coke thermal strength and other quality indexes in iron and steel metallurgy enterprises is also the premise of realizing efficient production of blast furnaces.In this paper,the test of coke thermal strength index and the related factors affecting its accuracy are analyzed.
