基于产业学院的汽车专业应用型人才培养模式研究——以扬州工业职业技术学院为例

Research on Training Mode of Applied Talents of Automobile Specialty Based on Industrial College:Taking Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute as Example

当前,汽车产业迅猛发展,新技术的应用与突破使得传统汽车专业的人才培养模式已无法满足现代汽车行业发展的需求。产业学院是一种根据我国国情和高职院校办学实际而提出的新型人才培养模式。探索产业学院的汽车专业应用型人才培养模式,通过对已有高职院校产业学院建设取得的成果进行分析,基于“校政企行”协同合作,以“产业发展为牵引、行业需求为导向、职业能力为关键”的思路建立产业学院共同体,并从办学理念、培养模式、课程建设方面提出创新,为高职院校汽车专业人才培养提供新思路。

With the rapid development of the current automobile industry,the application and breakthrough of new technologies makes the traditional talent training mode of automobile specialty be unable to meet the needs of the development of modern automobile industry.Industrial college is a new talent training mode proposed according to China’s national conditions and the running reality of higher vocational colleges.This article explores the training mode of applied talents in automobile specialty of the industry college.Through analyzing the achievements made in construction of the industry college of the existing higher vocational colleges,based on the cooperation of“school,government,enterprise and industry”,the industry college community is established with the idea of“industry development as the traction,industry demand as the guidance,and professional ability as the key”,and innovation is proposed from the aspects of school running concept,training mode,and curriculum construction.It provides new ideas for the training of automotive professionals in higher vocational colleges.
