新工科背景下应用型本科院校省级一流专业人才培养模式探索——以山西能源学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例

摘要 山西省战略性新兴产业的全面布局与蓬勃发展,对产业所需的智能制造科技人才提出更高的要求,进而对新工科背景下应用型本科院校的人才培养体系提出新的挑战和要求。以山西能源学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例,详细剖析该专业在“省级一流专业”建设过程中所存在的突出问题,以多元智能理论、多学科融合理念和CDIO工程教育理念为研究基础,从革新人才培养理念、优化理论课程体系、深化实践教学环节三方面阐述对应的改革策略,构建以满足战略性新兴产业需求为人才培养导向的机械类人才培养体系。 With the comprehensive layout and vigorous development of the strategic emerging industries in Shanxi Province,higher requirements are put forward for the intelligent manufacturing talents who serve these industries.Therefore,new challenges and requirements are also put forward for the talent training system of application-oriented undergraduate colleges under the background of New Engineering.Taking Shanxi Institute of Energy as an example,this paper points out in detail the outstanding problems existing in the construction of the Specialty of Mechanical Design,Manufacturing and Automation.Based on Multiple Intelligences Theory,the concept of multi-disciplinary cross-convergence and the concept of CDIO engineering education,the corresponding reform strategies are elaborated from three aspects:innovating the concept of talent training,optimizing the theoretical curriculum system and deepening the practical teaching.Finally,a mechanical talent training system has been established to meet the need of strategic emerging industries.
