摘要
高职课堂针对学生个性化需求,基于专业技能(群)培养,通过专业课程(群)开展个性化教学,在尊重差异、尊重个性、避免歧视的前提下,从教学设计逻辑、教学组织逻辑和学习支持逻辑等方面构建实施路径,以实现学生的个性化发展。
Based on the training of professional skills(groups),the classroom of higher vocational education carries out personalized teaching through specialized courses(groups)according to the students’personalized needs.On the premise of respecting differences,respecting individuality and avoiding discrimination,the implementation path is constructed from the logic of teaching design,the logic of teaching organization and the logic of learning support to realize the personalized development of students.
