既有旧楼改造承载力检测及加固评定技术研究

摘要 既有旧楼改扩建时需对其承载力进行有效校核,因许构件年代较为久远,构件强度检测存在一定的局限性,故很难通过有效的方式确定既有旧楼构件的承载能力计算。为解决该类问题,首先需通过现有的检测手段对既有旧楼的地基承载力、结构强度及裂缝、结构尺寸以及建筑物的垂直度进行多个样本检测,并通过样本点的正态分布,确定满足95%概率情况下的承载力临界值作为其承载力标准值,再将承载力标准值与结构荷载永久效应值进行比较以确定其结构的可靠度,最后将二者进行比较以评定其安全等级,同时根据不同的安全等级选取不同的加固方式。研究表明,通过对既有旧楼的各构件进行多样本检测,并通过正态分布概率函数确定的标准值可有效的代表既有旧楼的各构件承载力。基于该承载力的评定加固方式有效的保证了既有旧楼改扩建所需的安全措施,该方法可行,实现了旧楼改造经济效应。 The bearing capacity of existing buildings should be checked effectively when they are renovated and expanded.It is difficult to calculate the load-carrying capacity of existing components in an effective way because of the long age of the permitted components and the limitations of component strength detection.In order to solve this kind of problem,it is necessary to first test multiple samples of the foundation bearing capacity,structural strength and cracks,structural size and building perpendicularity of the existing old buildings through the existing detection means.Through the normal distribution of sample points,the critical bearing capacity value of 95%probability is determined as the standard bearing capacity value.Then,the standard value of bearing capacity is compared with the permanent effect value of structural load to determine the reliability of the structure.Finally,they are compared to evaluate their security levels,and different reinforcement methods are selected according to different security levels.The research shows that the bearing capacity of each component of the existing old building can be effectively represented by the standard value determined by the normal distribution probability function.The evaluation and reinforcement method based on the bearing capacity can effectively guarantee the safety measures needed for the reconstruction and expansion of the existing old building.The method is feasible and the economic effect of the reconstruction of the old building is realized.
