针刺触发不起火锂离子电池包热扩散行为研究

摘要 随着锂离子电池能量密度的提高和电动汽车的蓬勃发展,对安全性和可靠性的担忧也随之而来。本文通过对锂离子电池模组和锂离子电池包进行测试,验证其安全性能是否满足热扩散要求,其次,在电池包上固定温感线,研究电芯至电池包热扩散的持续时间和现象特征。最后,评估消防水在扑灭电动汽车热事件中的有效性。 Concerns of safety and reliability arise with the energy density increasement of lithium ion battery and alacritous development of electric vehicles.Thermal propagation of lithium ion battery pack is firstly included in the scope.Hence,tests of lithium ion battery module and lithium ion battery pack were conducted to verify its safety performance whether fulfils the requirement of thermal propagation or not.Secondly,time duration and characteristics of thermal propagating out of cell and battery pack was studied by attaching thermal couples on the battery pack.Additionally,fire-fighting water was used to access its effectiveness in fighting serve thermal events of electric vehicles.
