智能补水系统的设计

摘要 热水采暖系统和中央空调系统为保证冷热交换稳定正常,系统通常通过定压补水装置保持系统具有一定的循环压力。目前市场上的定压补水装置不能有效判断密闭水系统的泄漏情况,当密闭水系统出现泄漏时,水压下降,补水装置只能不断补水,造成水资源的浪费和财产的重大损失。本文设计了一套基于机智云的智能补水系统,通过流量传感器对密闭水系统的补水量的监测,自动判断密闭水系统是否发生大的泄漏,并及时关闭补水阀,并将相关信息通过WIFI自动上传到机智云平台,用户通过手机APP能及时了解补水系统的工作情况。实验证明,该补水系统能对密闭水系统补水量进行有效的监测和控制。 In order to ensure stable and normal cold and heat exchange,hot water heating systems and central air conditioning systems usually maintain a certain circulating pressure through constant pressure water replenishment devices.At present,the constant pressure water supply devices on the market cannot effectively determine the leakage situation of sealed water systems.When a sealed water system leaks,the water pressure drops,and the water supply devices can only continuously replenish water,causing waste of water resources and significant property losses.This article designs an intelligent water replenishment system based on gizwits platform,which monitors the water replenishment amount of the closed water system through flow sensors,automatically determines whether there is a major leakage in the closed water system,closes the water replenishment valve in a timely manner,and automatically uploads relevant information to the gizwits platform through WIFI.Users can timely understand the working status of the water replenishment system through the mobile APP.The experiment proves that the water replenishment system can effectively monitor and control the water replenishment amount of the closed water system.
