遥感技术在地理信息系统标准化建设的应用研究

摘要 遥感技术是一门先进的、实用的探测技术,广泛应用于农、林、牧、渔以及环境与气象监测等领域,也是地理信息系统的基础数据源。本文首先从国家政策、行业发展和技术发展三个维度阐述标准化建设的必要性,以数据“采、存、计、管、用”为数据建设主线,以自然资源主责主业调查、监测、分析评价、成果展示为业务基础,提供面向不同用户的共性数据应用方法,为遥感技术在地理信息系统建设中的数据采集、处理、分析、应用的通用服务提供标准建设体系,促进自然资源、环保、林业、水利等部门之间的业务信息共享,提高政务综合监管水平。 Remote sensing technology is an advanced and practical detection technology,widely used in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,fishing,environmental and meteorological monitoring and other fields,which is also the basic data source of geographic information system.This paper expounds the necessity of standardization construction from three dimensions,national policy,industry development and technology development,takes the"collection,storage,calculation,management and use"of data as the thread running through data construction,and takes the investigation,monitoring,analysis and evaluation of natural resources as the business basis to provide common data application methods for different users.The paper puts forward a standards construction system for general services of remote sensing technology used in construction of geographic information system,which include data collection,processing,analysis and application,promoting business information sharing among departments of natural resources,environmental protection,forestry and water conservancy,and improving the level ofgovernmental comprehensive supervision.
