The softboard is a building energy-saving and insulation material with great potential for carbon storage due to its characteristics of lightweight and porous nature,thermal insulation and sound absorption.Based on the relevant European standards for softboards and the characteristics of China's softboard industry,the paper discusses the technical content of standards for softboards in China from the aspects of definition,classification,size deviation,physical and chemical properties,etc.The paper provides reference for the production quality control and standards development of softboards.
