摘要
随着时代的发展,太阳镜成为了不少消费者出行的日常标配。本文结合相关国家标准和行业标准,从光学性能、耐久性能、有害物质3个维度全面系统地研究了太阳镜的技术要求,提炼出了镜片顶焦度、棱镜度、透射比、紫外光谱波段的透射比、抗冲击性能、耐高温盐水腐蚀性、镍析出等7项关键性指标与相应要求机器检测方法,以期作为产品质量标准的制定依据和产品质量的评价依据。
With the development of the times,sunglasses have become a daily necessity for many consumers.Combining relevant national and sectoral standards,this paper comprehensively and systematically studied the technical requirements of sunglasses from the three dimensions of optical performance,durability and harmful substances,and extracted seven key indicators and corresponding requirements on machine detection methods of lens,including vertex power,prismatic power,transmittance,transmittance of ultraviolet spectral band,impact resistance,corrosion resistance to high temperature brine,nickel precipitation,etc.,serving as the basis for developing standards for product quality and evaluating product quality.
