摘要
标准化人才是企业提升标准化竞争力的核心,是企业与世界前沿技术、科技创新接轨的重要“桥梁”。本文根据深圳市标准工作现状及现有的标准人才培养经验和做法,探索适合深圳发展需求的标准化人才培育体系,主要包括标准化人才培育体系构建的必要性、原则、培育体系三部分。
Standardization talents are the core of enterprises to enhance their standardization competitiveness,and an important"bridge"for enterprises to connect with the world's cutting-edge technology and scientific and technological innovation.Based on the current situation of Shenzhen standardization work and the existing experience and practice of standardization talent cultivation,the paper explores a standardization talent cultivation system suitable for the development needs of Shenzhen,which mainly includes three parts:necessity,principle and system of standardization talent cultivation.
