Hengli Model of New-type Urbanization Standardization Boosts High-quality Development in Dongguan

新型城镇化是促进中国经济社会健康、稳定、可持续发展的根本途径,东莞市横沥镇通过标准化全面提升了新型城镇化建设的规范性及高质量发展。本文分析了横沥镇试点建设的背景以及在绿色建材、建筑碳排放、乡村振兴等重点领域的标准化实施情况,总结成效和经验,进一步为全国新型城镇化建设提供“横沥模式”借鉴。

New-type urbanization is the fundamental way to promote the healthy,stable,and sustainable development of China's economy and society,Hengli county of Dongguan city has comprehensively enhanced the normalization and highquality development of new-type urbanization construction through standardization.This paper analyzes the background of pilot construction,and the standardization implementation in key areas such as green building materials,building carbon emission and rural revitalization,in order to summarize the achievement and experience,further provide Hengli model as a reference for China's new-type urbanization construction.
