摘要
随着2020年新冠疫情暴发,“合餐制”用餐习惯对控制疾病的传播带来了很大的挑战,使用公筷公勺作为切断病源传播路径的可靠手段之一获得大众关注。本文介绍了公筷公勺在公共餐饮服务领域推广使用的标准化建设,运用标准化思维打通堵点、解决难点,构建闭环标准体系,同时供广大群众在各类聚餐中参考使用。
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020,the communal eating tradition has brought great challenges to curb the spread of the disease.Therefore the use of serving chopsticks and spoons,a reliable method to cut off the transmission path of the disease,has attracted public attention.This paper introduces the standardization construction of promoting the use of serving chopsticks and spoons in the field of public catering service,using standardization thinking to break through the blockages,solve the difficulties and build a closed-loop standards system for public reference and application invarious types ofdinnerparties.
