基于SNA的机场工程项目组织关系网络研究

Research on the Organizational Relationship Network of Airport Engineering Projects Based on SNA

机场工程属于大型公建项目,建设过程中参与主体众多,组织关系网络结构复杂。以某机场工程项目为例,基于社会网络分析法研究机场工程项目组织关系,利用UCINET软件建立机场工程项目组织关系网络模型,定量研究网络凝聚力、节点中心性、角色分析等参数指标。结果表明,机场工程项目组织关系网络凝聚力较强,组织角色结构同型性不高,没有过多关系的重复浪费,需加强标准化、规范化管理。

Airport engineering is a large public construction project,and there are many participants in the construction process,and the structure of organizational relationship network is complex.Taking an airport engineering project as an example,this paper studies the organizational relationship of airport engineering projects based on social network analysis method,uses UCINET software to establish a network model of organizational relationship of airport engineering projects,and quantitatively studies network cohesion,node centrality,role analysis and other parameters.The results show that the cohesiveness of the organizational relationship network of airport engineering projects is strong,the homogeneity of the organizational role structure is not high,and there is no excessive duplication and waste of relationships,so it is necessary to strengthen the standardization and standardized management.
