高速公路泥灰岩高边坡开挖施工总体风险评估

摘要 高速公路建设和维护过程中,泥灰岩高边坡作为一种软岩边坡,其开挖施工面临着许多风险和挑战。以济潍高速公路K14+191.9~K14+950右侧高边坡为例,分析其开挖施工总体风险,以提供有效的风险管理策略和决策支持。首先,对该边坡进行了详细的调查和分析,阐述了总体风险评估指标体系法;然后,系统性地分析了研究项目的各类风险因素,计算了各指标权重系数,构建了路堑高边坡施工安全总体风险评估指标体系,确定其主要风险源为地层岩性、边坡高度和施工季节;然后,利用风险评价理论和方法,对这些风险因素进行了定性和定量计算分析,得出其总体风险等级为Ⅲ级;最后,提出了相应的建议措施,以确保施工安全和顺利推进工程。研究结论为工程施工提供了实用有效的结论和建议,为类似工程项目的风险评价与管理提供了有益的借鉴和参考。 In the process of highway construction and maintenance,mudstone high slopes pose numerous risks and challenges as soft rock slopes during excavation.Taking the right-side high slope at K14+191.9~K14+950 of the Jiwei Expressway as an example,this study analyzes the overall risk of excavation construction to provide effective risk management strategies and decision-making support.Firstly,a detailed investigation and analysis of the slope are conducted,and the index system method for overall risk assessment is elucidated.Next,various risk factors of the research project are systematically analyzed,and the weight coefficients of each index are calculated.Consequently,a comprehensive risk assessment index system for the safety of highway mudstone high slope excavation is established,identifying the primary risk sources as lithology and slope height during construction seasons.Subsequently,using risk assessment theory and methods,a qualitative and quantitative analysis of these risk factors is performed,leading to an overall risk level assessment of Level III.Finally,corresponding recommendations are proposed to ensure construction safety and smooth project progress.The study conclusions offer practical and effective suggestions for engineering construction and provide valuable references for risk assessment and management of similar engineering projects.
