为更好地服务公路工程建设与管理,以解决传统混凝土排水沟耐久性差,易出现水沟浪窝等雨毁工程的问题,研制了“预制UHPC企口搭接装配式平台排水沟”。阐述结构设计、力学性能和施工工艺技术要点。实际工程表明,预制UHPC排水沟构件应用效果良好,具有广阔的应用前景。

In order to better serve the construction and management of highway engineering,and to solve the problems of poor durability of traditional concrete gutter,such as gutter wave hole and other rain damage projects,a prefabricated UHPC gutter with groove and groove was developed.The key points of structural design,mechanical properties and construction technology are described.The actual project shows that the prefabricated UHPC gutter component has good application effect and broad application prospect.
