有限元软件分析不同顶管的埋深对周围土体的影响

摘要 在顶管顶进的施工过程中,过去我们根据工程经验法,简单的地层的施工可以按照经验法,但在地质条件复杂的地层中,按照经验方法指导施工,风险的不确定程度将会大大的提高,依据Abaqus有限元软件的分析,进行设置土体参数,模拟施工的过程,随着顶进深度的增加,管道正上方的土体沉降量逐渐增大,而远离管道的地方则沉降量有所减少,顶管的埋深与沉降值呈正比关系,因此,在实际工程中,需要合理控制埋深,防止沉降加大,采取有效的措施降低对周围土体的影响。 In the construction process of pipe jacking,in the past,based on the engineering experience method,the construction of simple strata can be carried out according to the experience method.However,in strata with complex geological conditions,guided by the experience method,the uncertainty of risk will be greatly increased.According to the analysis of Abaqus finite element software,soil parameters will be set to simulate the construction process.As the jacking depth increases,The settlement of the soil directly above the pipeline gradually increases,while the settlement decreases in areas far from the pipeline.The burial depth of the top pipe is directly proportional to the settlement value.Therefore,in practical engineering,it is necessary to control the burial depth reasonably to prevent increased settlement and take effective measures to reduce the impact on the surrounding soil.
